Regardless of the investment (usually a very small fraction of the listing price), we work hard to decorate the home for optimum showroom effect.

Re-design of existing furnishings: Often, our clients do not move out while their home is on the market. In this case, we work with what is already in the house and design pleasing arrangements with a subset of the furniture as well as harmonizing accessories. Flexibility and cost effectiveness are key benefits to this staging plan – Completed in one day or less, and presenting a nice head start on packing!
