Fees

Consultation services are billed by the hour. Design services fees consist of onsite consultations, design development, research, contractor coordination, and purchasing on behalf of client.

We begin with an Initial Consultation to gather information, requirements, and other variables about our clients’ projects. A careful assessment of the project and functionality needs to be done before an estimated budget is established. For ongoing larger residential design and remodel projects, a retainer fee may be applied to future services.
